Ponies and horses must be at least foal recorded with the Connemara Pony Breeders Society of Australia (CPBSA). Owners must hold some form of current membership of the CPBSA.

PERMITTED PONIES/HORSES
Only horses that are entered for a competition or classification are permitted on the grounds during the event.
If any horse is deemed unsafe, the committee will ask that it be removed from the grounds immediately.

REFUND POLICY
There will be no refunds available after the closing date of entries unless the request is accompanied by a veterinarian’s or doctor’s certificate. In these cases, a full refund, less $10.00 administration fee, will be paid.
Should, for any reason, it be necessary for the organisers to cancel whole or part of the program, entry fees for the cancelled events, less $10.00 administration fee per horse/pony, will be refunded.
