Aonach Australia – A gathering of Connemara Ponies for fun and competition and to celebrate the excellence of the breed.
It is held on a weekend close to St Patrick's Day at the Charles Sturt University Equine Centre in Wagga Wagga.

Aonach aims to give Connemara Pony riders and breeders – and their families – the chance to gather together to showcase the versatility and nature of this wonderful breed in a friendly, supportive and encouraging environment.
As usual, the overall success of Aonach relies not just on the number of entries received, but on the willingness of competitors and their supporters to put their hands up to volunteer throughout the weekend.
